Fixin' Brazos Valley Foundations Since 1985

Restoring Your Foundation and Your Peace of Mind

Homeowners worry when they have foundation problems and other issues caused by the settlement of expansive clay soils.

You don’t know what to do or who to trust.

With so many companies out there trying to freak you out with dire warnings, urging you to *buy their thing now* because it’s the *best*, it’s hard to know who is shootin’ straight with you and who just wants you to take your money.

Not only are you concerned about your home’s safety and stability, but you’re also worried about choosing the right contractor to take care of your largest investment.

Our Services

Even though problems caused by soil movement are not an everyday homeowner experience, a home in optimal condition is essential to provide you with safety and stability for a lifetime. Meanwhile, worry less and thrive more living life free from settlement issues. Learn more about ways we can help below.

Foundation Repair

Using the method with the most longevity and stability, the expansive clay soils in our area are no match for our signature drilled bell-bottom piers and lifetime warranty.

Concrete Driveway Repair

From driveways, sidewalks, pool decks, patios, and more, we restore proper elevation and eliminate tripping hazards for your exterior concrete flatwork surfaces.

Under-Slab Tunneling

You don't need to knock a hole in your floor and make a mess inside your home to repair a plumbing problem. We’ll dig a tunnel under your foundation for plumbers to access the point of failure from outside.

House Leveling

Over the years, your home can shift or sink into the ground and wood can decay. After identifying your pier and beam foundation needs, we lift your home back to a level position and make sure it stays there.

How it Works

As we work on your home, we want to make sure you understand what’s going on every day, so we’ve designed a process with you in mind. Our goal is to keep you free from worry over what comes next and create an honest partnership that leaves you feeling taken care of and important.

1. Phone Consultation

If you have any concerns about your home, get in touch with us to describe the issues you’ve identified. We’ll get back to you with a free phone consultation and schedule an In-Home Assessment if you choose to move forward.

2. We Get to Work

After the assessment, we’ll go over the details and address any questions you might have. As we work on your home, we’ll keep you updated during every step of the process for a spectacularly informed experience.

3. Enjoy Your Home

Enjoy the peace of mind that comes with knowing your home is in top condition. Now you can get back to life, entertain, and redecorate as you please. Feel proud of your home’s appearance and confident in its performance once again.

35+ Years of Excellence at Your Service

Founded in 1985 by Ken Tripp, Anchor Foundation Repair focuses on excellence and integrity and keeps our customers front and center. On every single service we provide we treat your home as our own, and our work is backed by a guarantee.

After serving as an Army Ranger and Special Operations Aviation Pilot, Craig Tripp decided to come home and continue to serve others in the family business and the Texas Army National Guard. As the owner of Anchor Foundation Repair, his main goal is to give homeowners peace of mind and help them enjoy a safe, stable, and beautiful home.

We seek to continually grow in our relationships with our customers and in support of our community.

What Homeowners Like You Say

Craig Tripp was terrific to work with and gave a very honest and thorough assessment of the home even though no repairs were recommended at this time.

I would highly encourage anyone to work with Anchor Foundation Repair.

Craig Tripp and his team were excellent.

Although it is a dirty job, my property was left in the best condition. This is the second time I have had to use them and I would recommend them to anyone.

Even in this difficult time, Craig made sure we approved of everything that they had to do and they took the necessary precautions to make us feel safe.

Thank you!

Anchor once again knocked it out of the park. The crew was professional and clean. They even left the area around the job site cleaner and more organized than it was before they got there.

They wanted me to come take a look at their work before they left and asked if I had any questions or if there was anything else they could do for me.

Great company, great crew.
