finding a foundation repair contractor

Best Foundation Repair for Brenham, Caldwell, Madisonville & Navasota

You live in Small Town, Texas with a population of less than a lot. You’re probably used to not being totally sure where to find services that you need as your town may or may not have what you are looking for, particularly in the world of foundation repair. You don’t want to run into problems hiring a foundation repair contractor.

Anchor Foundation Repair

Anchor Foundation Repair has been serving Brazos Valley communities for the past 35+ years and we are familiar with who else serves your area, also known as “our competitors.”

But really, these companies all do things a little differently and provide different types of services. So in a way, they are not our competition at all and we’re not afraid to refer you to them if they can meet your needs better.

We will start with a few facts on foundation repair methods available in our area to get you started. Then we list 4 foundation repair contractors that serve not only larger towns like Bryan, College Station, and Brenham, but also cover Caldwell, Madisonville, Navasota, and other Brazos Valley communities.

Types of Foundation Repair Available in the Brazos Valley

Not every method of foundation repair is available in our area of Central Texas. Each of the companies listed below specializes in different methods of foundation repair.

We live in smaller communities and don’t have a great number of choices in each repair method type. Sometimes, there’s only one choice available in a particular method. So really when you are choosing a foundation repair contractor around here, you are also choosing a specific repair method in many cases.

We know that a home is a huge investment and sometimes you only have one chance to get your foundation repair done right. You want to choose the contractor with the method that best works for you and the goals of your home. And some people want to get second opinions on foundation repair too. We say go for it and feel free to check around and ask questions.

We Use the Drilled Pier Method of Foundation Repair

The companies above use different methods of foundation repair. R&R primarily does house leveling for crawlspace type foundations and Uretek does polyjacking, while Brazos Valley Solutions and Olshan do their own variety of pressed pilings. We do something else.

pressed piles vs bell bottom piers

Anchor Foundation Repair has been using the drilled bell-bottom pier method of foundation repair since 1985. We are locally and family-owned and the only company in the area that uses this particular method. Anchor is an accredited Better Business Bureau, A+ rated business as well

Our specialties include not only slab foundation repair via the bell-bottom pier method, but also under-slab tunneling, and mud jacking services. We do some house leveling for crawlspace foundation homes like pier and beam. We offer a transferable warranty on our work as well as a financing option if you qualify with the vendor.
