2. Have an Initial Phone Consult + Free Estimate
After you reach out, one of our estimators will contact you for an initial consultation by phone or even by video if you prefer. This quick FREE estimate call will confirm that you indeed have a foundation problem that needs repair. We don’t fix homes that don’t need fixin’.
The call also confirms that we are a good fit for your needs, budget, and timelines AND that you are ready to take the next step with a paid In-Home Assessment.
If we can’t meet your repair deadline or you are not comfortable with the ballpark price range we offer over the phone, then we’re not going to ask you to pay for an on-site inspection visit. That would be silly.
3. Receive an In-Home Assessment Visit
Your In-Home Assessment visit includes:
- Approximately 2 hours of dedicated time to you and your home,
- A written repair diagram,
- Detailed description of the scope of work,
- Your formal proposal price, and
- All proposal documents are also sent by email

The inspection cost is applied to an accepted proposal. In other words, if you end up using Anchor then the inspection ends up costing you nothing!
By the way, concrete leveling and under-slab tunneling estimates are free of charge. We don’t need 2 hours for those estimates and the repair plan and proposal don’t need to be as extensive.
