Just kidding. . . this dude does NOT work for us

But there’s a bit more to it that you might want to know – you’re looking for a little elaboration. Here’s a nice, neat 5-step customer process so you are prepared for what has to happen to get your home all fixed up. Here’s how it works:

  1. Reach Out to Anchor to Request Your Quote
  2. Have an Initial Phone Consult + Free Estimate
  3. Receive an In-Home Assessment Visit
  4. Get Your Home Repaired
  5. Get Back to Enjoying Your Home

Now let’s go over the details of each step . . . don’t worry I’ll keep it short so that you can get this project going!

1. Reach Out to Anchor to Request Your Quote

We have two simple ways to get in touch – the high-tech, less-talk way and the low-tech, more-talk way. Either one you choose is fine with us!

High-Tech and Less-Talk to Request a Quote

Avoid the phone tag game and get in touch anytime 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with our easy online contact form. Tell us about the “symptoms” your home is experiencing and list your major concerns. You can even upload pictures of your problem areas and our team can start assessing your problems before we talk.

This is a great option if the only time you have to reach out is after business hours and would rather skip some chit-chat.

Low-Tech and More-Talk to Get Your Bid

call for foundation repair estimate

You can go the traditional phone call way for sure. Some people feel way better just reaching out by phone to talk to a real human. We answer our phones personally. So whoever you talk to is a legit Anchor employee located right here in BCS!

Be prepared to offer some basic information about you and your home similar to what we ask on our online contact form. Then, simply call 979.690.2020 during business hours to leave your info with our office for a call back from one of our estimators.

—–>Business Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 4 pm

2. Have an Initial Phone Consult + Free Estimate

After you reach out, one of our estimators will contact you for an initial consultation by phone or even by video if you prefer. This quick FREE estimate call will confirm that you indeed have a foundation problem that needs repair. We don’t fix homes that don’t need fixin’.

The call also confirms that we are a good fit for your needs, budget, and timelines AND that you are ready to take the next step with a paid In-Home Assessment.

let's talk about foundation problems

If we can’t meet your repair deadline or you are not comfortable with the ballpark price range we offer over the phone, then we’re not going to ask you to pay for an on-site inspection visit. That would be silly.

3. Receive an In-Home Assessment Visit

This guy will not show up at your house because he’s a model, not a foundation inspector . . .

Your In-Home Assessment visit includes:

  • Approximately 2 hours of dedicated time to you and your home,
  • A written repair diagram,
  • Detailed description of the scope of work,
  • Your formal proposal price, and
  • All proposal documents are also sent by email

This is an honest, no-strings-attached assessment of your home. Not only do we not fix things that don’t need fixin’, we also don’t try to sell you stuff that you don’t need.

Foundation Repair Solutions for the Brazos Valley

The cost of an in-home visit for slab foundation repair or pier and beam house leveling is $225 to $275 depending on what type of home you have and where it is located.

The inspection cost is applied to an accepted proposal. In other words, if you end up using Anchor then the inspection ends up costing you nothing!

By the way, concrete leveling and under-slab tunneling estimates are free of charge. We don’t need 2 hours for those estimates and the repair plan and proposal don’t need to be as extensive.

4. Get Your Home Repaired

Once you accept your formal proposal and make your first payment, we get to work repairing your home! You do have to *accept and pay* to get your project on the calendar and keep things running on time.

  • We pledge to treat your home as if it were our own and leave it better than we found it.
  • We keep you informed every step of the way with stunning homeowner communication.
