A Process You Can Be Comfortable With
We know acting on a foundation repair or other settlement issues isn’t as exciting as having your kitchen remodeled. Not to mention how much more serious it sounds. Instead of losing sleep over your home’s condition, we want you to be confident in our expertise and feel great about your choice of a foundation repair contractor.
Helping you to have a better understanding of foundation settlement issues and repairs is a major part of our work. We address questions and concerns before we start so that you’re informed and up to date with every step. You’ll never be left in the dark when you have your home repaired with Anchor.

5 Steps to Handle Your Home Problems
Step 1. Reach Out to Anchor to Get Your Quote
Avoid the phone tag game and get in touch anytime with our easy online contact form. Tell us about the “symptoms” your home is experiencing and list your major concerns. Upload pictures of your problem areas and our team can start assessing your problems before we talk. Or call 979.690.2020 during business hours to leave your info with our office for a call back.
Step 2. Have an Initial Consult + Free Estimate
After you reach out, one of our estimators will contact you for an initial consultation. This quick FREE estimate call will confirm that you indeed have a foundation problem that needs repair because we do not fix homes that don’t need fixing. The call also confirms that we are a good fit for your needs, budget, and timelines, and that you are ready to take the next step with an In-Home Assessment.
Step 3. Receive an In-Home Assessment Visit
Your In-Home Assessment visit includes approximately 2 hours of dedicated time to you and your home, a written repair diagram and description of the scope of work, and your formal proposal price. This is an honest, no-strings-attached assessment of your home and we will not try to sell you stuff you don’t need. The cost of an in-home visit is $225 to $275 and the inspection price can be applied to an accepted proposal. In other words, if you end up using Anchor then the inspection is on us!
Step 4. Get Your Home Repaired
Once you accept your formal proposal and make your first payment, we get to work repairing your home! You do have to *accept and pay* to get your project on the calendar and keep things running on time. We pledge to treat your home as if it were our own and leave it better than we found it. We will keep you informed every step of the way with our homeowner communication system. You will sleep better knowing you made the best choice for you, your home, and your situation by getting top-quality repairs from a company committed excellence and to the Brazos Valley community.
Step 5. Get Back to Enjoying Your Home
After your project is complete, enjoy living in and loving your home again, with the confidence that it will remain that way for years to come. We have a lifetime warranty on our slab foundation repairs to back that up (our other services have great warranties too)! Should you need us in the future, we will honor your warranty and service agreements with ease and no homeowner hassle.
We seek to continually grow in our relationships with our customers and in support of our community.
What Homeowners Like You Say
The Anchor Foundation team exceeded my expectations.
They showed up when they told me they would, worked VERY hard to complete the job in a timely manner, and actually cleaned up their work area to look better than it was before they began.
I recommend them highly.
Craig and his crew did a fantastic job repairing our foundation.
They were all very friendly and cleaned up after themselves.
Our landscaping looked even better after they left.
We highly recommend Anchor Foundation Repair!
