5 Easy Steps Towards Your Home’s Stability
Step 1. Reach Out to Us
Get in touch with us through our easy online contact form. The information you’ll provide there will prepare us to meet your needs from the very beginning. A checklist is included where you can indicate all the “symptoms” your home is experiencing, as well as an easy way to upload pictures at the same time - taking care of two steps in one! You can also call us directly at (979) 690-2020 to leave this needed information with our office.
Step 2. Provide Pictures
As part of the contact form or after getting in touch with us by phone, we will need pictures of the damaged areas. Our experts can tell a lot from just a few pictures. The pictures you send will help us get a better idea about your foundation issues, and allow us to put together the best plan for your home more quickly. To read more about what kinds of pictures we need, check out the article linked to this text block.
Step 3. Phone Consultation and Free Estimate
This phone call is all about you and your concerns. Hearing your concerns through active listening, along with the photo evidence is what helps us the most and where the real magic happens. Based on this phone call we will provide a free and accurate estimate (within 5% of the cost) for your repairs. Then you can decide if you want to move to the next step with a home visit.
Step 4. In-Home Assessment and Scheduling
At the In-Home Assessment, we’ll do a detailed inspection of all the problem areas and provide a concrete plan for fixing your foundation. The In-Home Assessment charge is $225 - $275 depending on your location and foundation type. You can keep the repair plan provided and use it as a guide, even if you choose to go with another company. If you choose Anchor to fix your foundation, after the In-Home Assessment we will offer a final cost proposal, and we will discuss any needed deposit required to secure your job on the calendar.
Step 5. Enjoy Your Safe and Stable Home
On the day your job begins, our team will meet with you to go over any final details, questions, or concerns you might have about the process. As we repair your foundation, we’ll make sure to keep you updated at all times. After we're done, enjoy living in a stable, strong home, with confidence that it will remain this way for years to come. We have a lifetime transferrable warranty to back it up!
We seek to continually grow in our relationships with our customers and in support of our community.
What Homeowners Like You Say
The Anchor Foundation team exceeded my expectations.
They showed up when they told me they would, worked VERY hard to complete the job in a timely manner, and actually cleaned up their work area to look better than it was before they began.
I recommend them highly.
Craig and his crew did a fantastic job repairing our foundation.
They were all very friendly and cleaned up after themselves.
Our landscaping looked even better after they left.
We highly recommend Anchor Foundation Repair!
