Step 2. Get a Free Estimate Call

An estimator will contact you for a quick, FREE call to confirm you’ve got a foundation issue—and that we’re the right fit for your needs, budget, and timeline. If everything lines up, we’ll move forward with a paid In-Home Assessment for $300.

Step 3. Schedule Your In-Home Assessmentt

We’ll spend about 2 hours inspecting your home, provide a written repair plan, and give you a detailed proposal. The $300 fee goes toward your repair if you hire us—so it costs you nothing if you move forward with Anchor. This is an honest, no-strings-attached assessment of your home and we won't try to sell you stuff you don’t need.

Step 4. Get Your Home Repaired

Once you accept the proposal and make your first payment, we’ll schedule your repair. We’ll treat your home with care and keep you updated every step of the way. You’ll rest easy knowing you chose trusted, top-quality work from a long-standing, locally-owned and operated Brazos Valley business.

Step 5. Enjoy Your Home Again

Relax and enjoy living in and loving your home again, this time with greater peace of mind. Our slab repairs come with a lifetime transferable warranty (and other services have great warranties too). If you need us in the future, we will honor your warranty and service agreements with ease and no homeowner hassle.
